Continental Aerospace Technologies: J.P. Morgan Closes Out 13.00 Million Derivative Shares, Issues 0.91 Million New Contracts Amid Proposed Delisting

Continental Aerospace Technologies Holding Limited (CON AERO TECH) released a Rule 22 disclosure showing multiple derivative transactions by J.P. Morgan Securities PLC on 17 August 2026, in the context of the company’s proposed delisting.

J.P. Morgan—classified as a Class (5) associate of the offeror—closed out six derivative contracts linked to a total of 13.00 million underlying shares at a uniform reference price of USD 0.4556. These closings involved aggregate cash settlements of USD 5.92 million.

On the same day, the bank issued a new derivative contract covering 0.91 million shares with a maturity date of 30 April 2029 at a reference price of USD 0.4560, generating consideration of USD 0.42 million.

Following these transactions, J.P. Morgan’s resultant position in Continental Aerospace Technologies’ shares (including any persons with whom it has an agreement or understanding) stood at 400.36 million shares.

All dealings were conducted for J.P. Morgan’s own account.
