The certificate confirms that the company's English name has been changed from "China Hanking Holdings Limited" to "Hanking Gold International Limited," and its Chinese name has been changed from "中国罕王控股有限公司" to "罕王黄金国际有限公司," effective from February 12, 2026.

The Registrar of Companies in Hong Kong issued a certificate of registration of change of name of a non-Hong Kong company on March 3, 2026, confirming that the company's new English name, "Hanking Gold International Limited," and Chinese name, "罕王黄金国际有限公司," have been registered in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance, Chapter 622.

Following the name change, the English short name for trading on the Stock Exchange will be changed from "CHINA HANKING" to "HANKING GOLD," and the Chinese short name will be changed from "中国罕王" to "罕王黄金," effective from 9:00 a.m. on March 11, 2026. The company's stock code on the Stock Exchange will remain unchanged as "03788."
