On November 19, 2025, Kingsoft Cloud (NASDAQ: KC, HKEX: 3896) released its financial results for the third quarter of 2025. The company demonstrated steady progress in its AI strategy, with core businesses showing resilient growth.
According to the report, Kingsoft Cloud's Q3 revenue reached RMB 2.48 billion, with year-over-year growth accelerating from 24% last quarter to 31%. Public cloud revenue stood at RMB 1.75 billion, while industry cloud revenue was RMB 730 million, both showing sequential and year-over-year growth. Notably, public cloud revenue surged 49% YoY. Adjusted gross profit rose 28% YoY to RMB 390 million. The company achieved its first adjusted operating profit of RMB 15.36 million, with an adjusted operating margin of 0.6%. Adjusted net profit also turned positive for the first time at RMB 28.73 million.
As the exclusive strategic cloud platform for Xiaomi-Kingsoft ecosystem, the company continues to provide high-quality services to ecosystem partners while strengthening its rapid response capabilities for AI demands. Revenue from the Xiaomi-Kingsoft ecosystem grew 84% YoY to RMB 690 million, accounting for 28% of total revenue. From January to September 2025, ecosystem-related revenue totaled RMB 1.82 billion. **AI Cloud Services Drive Robust Growth** In the AI-driven era, Kingsoft Cloud has upgraded its foundational cloud and AI computing services, establishing comprehensive AI capabilities. This has enabled the company to support large-scale inference computing demands from top internet clients while making breakthroughs in AI expansion.
For foundational cloud, the company launched X6F cloud servers supporting high-performance file storage for model training and high-performance computing scenarios. It also introduced dedicated zones—Kingsoft Cloud Nebula and Kingsoft Cloud Stellar AI—to provide flexible, high-performance computing services. Additionally, new KPFS-P2 file storage was added to meet AI workload demands with 200MB/s/TiB and 400MB/s/TiB throughput.
For AI computing, the Kingsoft Cloud StarFlow Platform launched model API services, offering highly available and easily integrated model management. The platform has already onboarded commercial clients. New features include online model services, data annotation modules, and a dataset marketplace, supporting the full AI data lifecycle.
Synergistic growth in AI and foundational cloud drove usage across ecosystem clients. AI computing billings surged nearly 120% YoY to RMB 780 million, accounting for 45% of public cloud revenue.
**From Exploration to Implementation: Accelerating AI Industry Adoption** As AI evolves from model capabilities to industry solutions, Kingsoft Cloud is partnering with clients to deliver value-driven implementations.
In government and state-owned enterprise cloud markets, the company expanded its presence in Beijing, Wuhan, and Zhuhai, focusing on large industry models, data ecosystems, and collaborative office scenarios. It secured progress in Shanghai's state-owned cloud project, providing end-to-end technical services.
In digital healthcare, Kingsoft Cloud advanced AI adoption through five key models. It assisted Wuhan Union Hospital in achieving DCMM Level 3 maturity for data management and won an AI project with Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine to develop personalized nutrition interventions, blending TCM with AI.
In enterprise services, the company partnered with a clean energy provider to build a green energy operations platform using AI and big data. It also advanced Phase II of a state-owned bank’s automated credit reporting project to enhance AI-driven risk control.
