Verisilicon Microelectronics (688521.SH): CDB Fund and Others Plan to Reduce Holdings by Up to 1.15%

Verisilicon Microelectronics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (688521.SH) announced that it recently received notices from shareholders Xingcheng Investment and CDB Fund regarding their respective share reduction plans. Due to their own funding needs, Xingcheng Investment plans to reduce holdings by no more than 5.2586 million shares, representing no more than 1% of the total shares, through centralized bidding and block trades. Meanwhile, CDB Fund plans to reduce holdings by no more than 788,600 shares, or 0.15% of the total shares, via the same methods.
