On 20 October 2025, SingAsia Holdings Limited (the “Company”) announced that its Board of Directors will convene on 31 October 2025. The meeting is set to consider and approve the annual results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the year ended 31 July 2025, and also to discuss the potential declaration of a final dividend.
According to the announcement, the Board comprises Executive Director Xie Feng, as well as Independent Non-Executive Directors Chou Chiu Ho, Chai Ming Hui, and Zhai Yingying.
