Shaoyang City Holds Working Talks with China Power International Development Limited

On June 16, Shaoyang Municipal Party Committee Secretary Cheng Bei held a working meeting with a delegation led by Gui Xude, Chairman of the Board and Party Committee Secretary of China Power International Development Limited (CHINA POWER), who was visiting Shaoyang for an inspection. Its primary business involves power generation and comprehensive energy services.

Cheng Bei, representing the municipal party committee and government, welcomed Gui Xude and his delegation to Shaoyang. She stated that Shaoyang possesses exceptional green power resources and a solid foundation in equipment manufacturing, offering immense potential for developing clean energy and new energy industries, which aligns closely with China Power International Development Limited's (CHINA POWER) development direction. Currently, Shaoyang is focused on its strategic blueprint, accelerating the construction of a modern industrial system with local characteristics and advantages. There is an urgent need to activate a new engine for high-quality development by building a new energy industry. She expressed hope that both sides would strengthen communication and coordination, deepen practical, full-chain cooperation in areas such as building the new energy industry, constructing zero-carbon industrial parks, and coordinating green power for computing, striving to achieve complementary advantages and mutual benefit. Gui Xude introduced the overall development and strategic layout of the State Power Investment Corporation and China Power International Development Limited (CHINA POWER). He noted that Shaoyang has a solid industrial base, a comprehensive industrial system, and accelerating transformation, indicating promising development prospects. China Power International Development Limited (CHINA POWER) will leverage its strengths to expand its partnerships in Shaoyang around new projects and business models such as direct green power connections, zero-carbon industrial parks, and power-computing coordination.
