CoreWeave Inc. posted steeper losses as it continued to build to meet demand from artificial intelligence developers and forecast third-quarter operating income that trailed estimates. The company’s shares fell over 10% in overnight trading.

Shares of Circle Internet Group Inc. fell 5% in overnight trading as the second-largest stablecoin issuer and a group of shareholders including co-founder and Chief Executive Officer Jeremy Allaire announced an offering to sell 10 million shares combined.

Shares of Cava dropped 22% in overnight trading on Tuesday, after the Mediterranean restaurant chain lowered its annual same-store sales growth target for the first time since it listed on the New York Stock Exchange two years ago.

Luminar Technologies Inc., a leading global automotive technology company, has announced its financial results for the second quarter of 2025. The company reported a revenue of $15.6 million, marking a decrease of 5% compared to the same quarter in 2024 and a 17% decline from the first quarter of 2025. The gross loss for Q2 was $12.4 million on a GAAP basis and $10.8 million on a non-GAAP basis. Shares fell over 17% in overnight trading.
