PICC GROUP (ASX: 01339) has announced that the company's board of directors received a resignation letter from non-executive director Mr. Song Hongjun on June 26, 2026.
Due to age reasons, Mr. Song Hongjun has resigned from his positions as a non-executive director of the company, as well as a member of the Board's Strategy and Investment/Sustainable Development Committee and the Risk Management and Consumer Rights Protection Committee.
