CHINA OILFIELD (02883) Appoints Liu Jianzhong and Shang Jie as Executive Directors

CHINA OILFIELD (02883) has announced that Mr. Liu Jianzhong and Mr. Shang Jie were formally appointed as executive directors of the company at the first extraordinary general meeting. Their terms are for three years, effective from July 29, 2026, and they are eligible for re-election at the company's shareholder meetings.

Mr. Fan Baitao and Mr. Liu Qiudong have been reappointed as non-executive directors at the same meeting, also for a three-year term starting July 29, 2026. Effective from July 29, 2026, Mr. Liu Jianzhong has been appointed as the chairman of the company, as well as the authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules and the company's legal representative.

Also effective from July 29, 2026, Mr. Liu Jianzhong has been appointed as a member of the board's nomination committee, while Mr. Liu Qiudong has been appointed and will continue to serve as a member of the board's remuneration and assessment committee.
