The national famous, special and high-quality agricultural products traveling exhibition at Yangpu Park officially opened on October 26, with 40 booths for famous, special and high-quality agricultural products set up on site, gathering nearly a thousand kinds of agricultural products from all over the country.

Among them, northern Shaanxi tartary buckwheat chips, Yunnan Xuanwei low-salt ham and sausages, and Jiangsu Yangzhou old goose became popular items that residents rushed to buy.

At 8 a.m., a reporter saw at the national famous, special and high-quality agricultural products traveling exhibition in Yangpu Park that the site was already crowded, and the 40 agricultural product booths were packed with residents tasting and making purchases.

In front of the northern Shaanxi tartary buckwheat chips booth, the fragrant buckwheat chips immediately won the favor of many elderly people.

Resident Aunt Wu told the reporter that the buckwheat chips here tasted spicy, crispy and fragrant, and the price was affordable, so she bought a large bag.

The low-salt ham and sausages from Yunnan Xuanwei were also very popular. In particular, the bright red Xuanwei sausages left a lingering fragrance after residents tasted them on site, and many placed orders to buy them.

Vendor Xiao Shen told the reporter that their sausages contain no starch and are especially fragrant when taken home to make vegetable rice or stir-fried green beans.

Yangzhou old goose is a favorite food among Shanghai residents. The old goose braised on site at the booth that day was especially tempting and attracted many longtime diners.

Resident Old Uncle Zhang told the reporter that he had bought Yangzhou old goose on Yongji Road before and felt it was not as delicious as this one. The one here is different and also cheaper.
