Seer Tech wraps up IPO stabilisation; 1.57 million H-share buybacks completed as over-allotment option expires

Bulletin Express07-19

Shanghai Seer Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (Seer Tech) announced the completion of its 30-day post-listing stabilisation period for the Global Offering that ended on 18 July 2026.

During this window, stabilising manager China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities executed two key actions:

1. Over-allocated 1.57 million H Shares, equal to 15.0% of the 10.50 million Offer Shares initially available.

2. Repurchased the same 1.57 million H Shares on the open market at prices ranging from HK$71.00 to HK$101.60 per share. The final market purchase was made on 17 July 2026 at HK$72.55.

Because the over-allotment option was not exercised, it lapsed automatically on 18 July 2026. Seer Tech confirmed that, following the stabilisation period, it continues to satisfy the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s public-float requirement under Rule 19A.13A(1).
