SF INTRA-CITY (09699) has issued a profit alert, forecasting a significant jump in earnings for the first half of the year.

In a filing, the company said it expects profit attributable to equity holders for the six months ending June 30, 2026, to be no less than RMB 301 million, representing a year-on-year increase of at least 120%. Adjusted net profit for the period is expected to be no less than RMB 240 million, up at least 50% from the prior year. The group's revenue for the same period is projected to be no less than RMB 11.669 billion, a year-on-year increase of at least 14%.

This strong performance is attributed to several key factors. The company has maintained a strategic focus on healthy and high-quality development, which has driven continuous growth in order volume and revenue. Its neutral, open third-party market positioning and reliable, full-scenario delivery services have earned long-term customer trust, deepening diversified partnerships and fostering resilient business growth. Additionally, improved economies of scale, more efficient investment strategies, leaner rider network operations, and the application of AI technology have enhanced synergy across front-end customer acquisition, network operations, and back-end investment, leading to better gross margins and profit release. Finally, alongside the healthy growth of its core business, the group also expects an increase in investment-related income for the period.
