The average selling price was about RMB11,500 per square meter, while the attributable contract sales to shareholders amounted to roughly RMB560 million.

From January to November 2025, the group recorded cumulative contract sales (including joint ventures and associates) of approximately RMB15.1 billion, covering a sales area of about 1,443,700 square meters. The average selling price stood at RMB10,900 per square meter, with attributable contract sales to shareholders reaching approximately RMB7.8 billion.
