According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, a significant share transfer occurred for NUR HOLDINGS (00254) on June 24.

The total value of the transferred shares amounted to HK$57,564,500, representing 7.61% of the company's holdings.

A shareholder transferred 21.48 million shares into Citibank and moved 25.4 million shares out of China Merchants Wing Lung Bank.

The company had previously announced that all conditions under a subscription agreement had been fulfilled, with completion taking place on June 12, 2026.

A total of 112 million new subscription shares were allotted and issued to the subscriber on that date.
