KSH Holdings Limited announced on Nov, 06 2025 that it expects to report a net profit before tax for the half year ended Sep, 30 2025 (1HY2026), reversing the loss recorded for the corresponding period ended Sep, 30 2024.
The company attributed the anticipated turnaround mainly to improved contributions from its construction business.
KSH Holdings said it is finalising its unaudited results and plans to release the full 1HY2026 figures on or around Nov, 13 2025.
The board advised shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s shares until the detailed results are published.
