CATL (03750): Wu Yingming Appointed as Executive Director

Wu Yingming has been appointed as an executive director of CATL (03750), following a resolution passed at an extraordinary general meeting. Concurrently, his appointment as a member of the Board Strategy Committee has taken effect. Both appointments are effective from December 25, 2025, and will last until the conclusion of the current term of the fourth board of directors. As of the announcement date, Mr. Wu has stepped down from his role as Chairman of the company's Supervisory Committee due to an internal corporate governance restructuring.

At a staff congress convened by the company on December 25, 2025, employee representatives passed a resolution to appoint Dr. Ouyang Chuying as an employee representative director for the fourth board of directors. Her term will also commence on December 25, 2025, and run until the end of the fourth board's tenure. Dr. Ouyang Chuying will continue to serve as an executive director on the fourth board.
