CHINA NEWCITY Publishes 2025 Annual Report, AGM Circular and Proxy Materials Online

On 28 April 2026, CHINA NEWCITY (China New City Group Limited) announced that its 2025 Annual Report, the accompanying circular, the notice of Annual General Meeting and the related proxy form (collectively “Current Corporate Communication”) are now available in both English and Chinese versions on two platforms:

1. Company website: www.chinanewcity.com.cn 2. HKEX website: www.hkexnews.hk

The Board strongly recommends shareholders to review these documents via the online “Website Version.”

For shareholders who experience difficulty accessing the electronic files or who prefer hard copies, the Company will provide printed versions free of charge upon request. To obtain printed copies of the Current Corporate Communication—or any future corporate communications—shareholders should:

• Complete and sign the enclosed Request Form. • Return it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the prepaid mailing label; or • Email the request to 1321-ecom@vistra.com.

Only shareholders whose functional email or postal addresses have been provided to the Company by their intermediaries (banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited) will receive email or postal notifications of future online releases. Shareholders are therefore advised to supply a valid email address to their intermediary to ensure timely electronic communication.

The notice was issued by order of the Board and signed by Chairperson Shi Zhongan on 28 April 2026.
