Beijing DeepZero Technology Co., Ltd. has issued the notice and proxy arrangements for its 2026 first extraordinary general meeting (EGM), to be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, 3 August 2026, in the Hadoop Conference Room, Unit 01, 9/F, Building 20, Dongsanhuan Central Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing. Shareholders may appoint the meeting chairman or another designated proxy to vote on their behalf, with completed proxy forms due to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited by 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, 2 August 2026.
The EGM agenda lists two ordinary and two special resolutions:
1. Re-appointment of the external auditor for fiscal year 2026 (ordinary resolution; approval requires more than 50% of votes cast).
2. Authorisation to deploy idle proceeds for cash management (ordinary resolution; approval requires more than 50% of votes cast).
3. Granting the Board a general mandate to issue new shares and/or sell or transfer treasury shares (special resolution; approval requires at least two-thirds of votes cast).
4. Granting the Board a general mandate to repurchase H shares (special resolution; approval requires at least two-thirds of votes cast).
Each share carries one vote, and abstentions will be counted in the vote-tallying process. Completion and return of the proxy form do not preclude shareholders from attending and voting in person, in which case the submitted proxy will be deemed revoked.
