MINIEYE Appoints Co-Company Secretary

MINIEYE (02431) announced that Ms. Tan Xiaojun has resigned from her positions as (i) Co-Company Secretary, (ii) Authorized Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Listing Rules, and (iii) the company's agent in Hong Kong for receiving legal documents and notices under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622), effective February 20, 2026, due to work adjustments. Following Ms. Tan's resignation, the Board of Directors announced the appointment of Ms. Chen Enlin as Co-Company Secretary, effective from February 20, 2026. After these changes, Ms. Luo Xiwen will continue to serve as Co-Company Secretary alongside Ms. Chen.
