CH TREASURES NM Shareholder Deposits Stock with Baoxin Securities, Valued at HK$74 Million

Hong Kong stock exchange data shows that on April 23, a shareholder of CH TREASURES NM deposited shares with Baoxin Securities. The deposited shares are valued at HK$74 million, representing 16.67% of the company's issued share capital. CH TREASURES NM announced that all conditions under the placing agreement and supplemental placing agreement have been fulfilled, with completion taking place on April 22, 2026. A total of 200 million placing shares, equivalent to 20% of the company's then-issued share capital of 1 billion shares on the date of the placing agreement, and approximately 16.67% of the enlarged issued share capital of 1.2 billion shares following the allotment and issue of the placing shares, were successfully placed with no fewer than six placees.
