IMOTIONTECH (01274) announced that for the four months ended April 30, 2026, the group achieved revenue of RMB 400 million, representing a year-on-year increase of 162.55%. The gross profit margin was 9.32%, an improvement of 5.68 percentage points compared to the same period last year.
The significant revenue growth was primarily driven by the group's successful mass production and delivery of its integrated driving assistance solutions and products across multiple projects with automakers including Chery, Geely, Dongfeng, and Leapmotor. The sales volume of these products surged by 243.3% year-on-year. Specifically, sales of the self-developed iDC series integrated driving assistance domain controllers and smart front-view cameras increased by 95.6% and 460.3%, respectively.
The reduction in pre-tax loss for the period was attributed to the dual effects of increased revenue and improved gross margin.
For the four months ended April 30, 2026, benefiting from continuous project wins and the progression of more customer vehicle models equipped with the company's integrated driving assistance solutions into mass production, the group's product sales volume experienced substantial growth. During the period, the company delivered over 148,400 sets of integrated driving assistance solutions and products, a 243.3% increase compared to the same period last year.
Notably, the first mass-produced model equipped with the iDC510 Pro domain controller, the Chery iCAR V27, was officially launched in March 2026.
Regarding project acquisition, the company secured 23 nomination letters from well-known OEM customers during the four-month period. These nominated projects are expected to enter mass production successively in 2026 and 2027. Among these, the company secured its first two nomination projects from a state-owned OEM in northern China, as well as projects from a customer in the Taiwan region and an overseas direct-supply customer. This marks significant breakthroughs in both customer diversification and international expansion.
By product line, the company continued to secure multiple nomination projects for products and solutions based on the Horizon Journey® 6B platform, consolidating its competitive advantage on this platform. Simultaneously, it added several new nomination projects for the iDC500 and iDC700 based on the Horizon Journey® 6M computing platform, demonstrating further progress in mid-to-high-end advanced driver-assistance solutions.
