According to the latest information from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on May 20, a shareholder of HASHKEY HLDGS (03887) deposited shares into a securities firm, with a portfolio value of HK$742 million, representing a 7.31% stake. On the same day, HASHKEY HLDGS announced that its asset management arm, HashKey Capital Investment, which manages the HashKey Fintech Multi-Strategy Fund IV LP (the Fund, not a member company of the Group), has entered into an investment agreement with SignalPlus. Under this agreement, the Fund will lead a Series B+ investment in SignalPlus with a cash injection of US$40 million, of which the Group contributed US$20 million in cash. SignalPlus is a leading institutional-grade infrastructure platform in the crypto derivatives space, focusing on options trading systems, automated market-making, and structured product solutions. Its services are deeply integrated into the global mainstream crypto options market, with a leading market share in Asia. The Fund managed by the Group was the lead investor in SignalPlus's seed round and has supported its development from the early stages, with continuous follow-on investments in subsequent rounds.
