NEWTREND GROUP (02573) announced that the company recently received a filing notice from the China Securities Regulatory Commission regarding its proposed implementation of an H-share full circulation plan. According to the filing notice, the company has completed the filing with the China Securities Regulatory Commission for the conversion of a total of 41.0823 million domestic shares, representing approximately 42.7% of the company's total issued share capital as of the date of this announcement, into H-shares that can be listed and traded on the Stock Exchange. This filing notice will be valid for a period of 12 months starting from January 26, 2026. The company will apply to the Stock Exchange for approval for the listing of and permission to trade these H-shares on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
