On 28 April 2026, MMG Limited published its 2025 Annual Report, the circular containing the notice of Annual General Meeting, and the accompanying form of proxy (collectively defined as “Current Corporate Communication”). The materials are available in both English and Chinese on the company website (www.mmg.com) and the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk).
Non-registered shareholders are entitled to request printed copies free of charge by writing to the share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong, or by emailing mmg.ecom@computershare.com.hk. These shareholders may also change their preferred language or means of receipt for all future corporate communications by providing reasonable written or email notice to the registrar.
The announcement emphasizes that holders whose shares are kept through banks, brokers, custodians, nominees, or HKSCC Nominees Limited must supply a functional email address to those intermediaries to receive electronic notifications. Failing this, such shareholders will not receive alerts and must proactively monitor the company and HKEXnews websites for future publications.
For those preferring hard-copy documents, a reply form is enclosed with the notice. Shareholders can select English, Chinese, or bilingual versions by marking the appropriate option and returning the form to the registrar.
Enquiries regarding the communication arrangements can be directed to Computershare at (852) 2862 8688 during business hours (09:00–18:00, Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays).
