KEEP Executes Share Buyback of 200,000 Shares Valued at HK$264,540

On September 18, KEEP (03650.HK) repurchased 200,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with the highest repurchase price per share at HKD 1.345 and the lowest at HKD 1.295, totaling HKD 264,540 in consideration. The repurchased shares are intended to be held as treasury stock and have not yet been cancelled.

Following the transaction, the number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) stands at 495,894,887, with 14,381,100 shares held in treasury, bringing the total issued share count to 510,275,987. This buyback was executed under the share repurchase mandate approved on June 4, 2026, which authorizes the repurchase of up to 50,241,668 shares in total.

Under this mandate, a cumulative total of 6,521,800 shares have been repurchased, representing approximately 1.298086% of the issued shares (excluding treasury shares) as of the date of the resolution. Following this repurchase, a suspension period is in effect until October 18, 2026, during which the company is prohibited from issuing new shares or selling or transferring treasury shares.
