China High Speed Transmission Equipment Group Co., Ltd. (C Transmission) advised its registered shareholders on 5 June 2026 that the company’s latest circular, notice of annual general meeting and proxy form are now available in both English and Chinese on the HKEXnews website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company’s website (www.chste.com). Printed copies have been despatched to investors who previously elected hard-copy delivery.
Key points of the announcement are:
1. Transition to Paperless Communications • In line with the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong’s paperless listing regime (Main Board Listing Rule 2.07A effective since 31 December 2023), C Transmission has formally adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications, including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms. • Both English and Chinese versions will be accessible online; printed versions will be issued only upon specific shareholder request.
2. Collection of Email Addresses • Shareholders are urged to provide a functional email address by scanning a personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the completed form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited. • Until an email address is supplied, shareholders will continue to receive notification letters about web-posted documents and hard-copy actionable corporate communications.
3. Optional Hard-Copy Requests • Investors preferring physical documents may request printed copies free of charge by email (ctransmission.ecom@computershare.com.hk) or by post to Computershare at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. • Such instructions will remain valid for one year unless revoked or superseded.
4. Enquiry Channel • For additional information, shareholders can contact the share registrar at (+852) 2862 8688 during business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding Hong Kong public holidays).
The initiative aligns C Transmission’s shareholder communications with evolving regulatory requirements and supports environmental sustainability by reducing paper consumption.
