CGN MINING (01164) announced its operational results for the first quarter of 2026. During the period, the mines in which the Group has invested collectively produced 580.9 tonnes of uranium (tU), achieving 97.1% of the quarterly production target.
Specifically, Semizbay-U LLP, a joint venture in Kazakhstan in which the Group holds a 49% equity interest, produced 154.5 tU of natural uranium. Another associated company, Ortalyk LLP, also in Kazakhstan and in which the Group holds a 49% stake, produced 426.4 tU.
As of March 31, 2026, the Group's inventory of natural uranium stood at 967 tU (approximately 2.51 million pounds of U3O8), with a weighted average cost of USD 80.60 per pound of U3O8. Furthermore, the volume of natural uranium under signed sales contracts awaiting delivery amounted to 2,519 tU (approximately 6.55 million pounds of U3O8), with a weighted average selling price of USD 89.20 per pound of U3O8.
