On 19 October 2026, Kuaishou Technology announced the grant of 13.29 million restricted share units (RSUs) to eligible employees under its 2023 Share Incentive Scheme.
The RSUs carry a nil purchase price and entitle each grantee, upon vesting, to receive either one class B ordinary share or an equivalent cash value. The vesting period ranges from 0 to 48 months, with some tranches vesting in less than 12 months to reflect administrative timing and performance-based achievements.
The closing price of Kuaishou’s shares on 16 October 2026—the last trading day before the non-trading grant date—was HK$29.30.
Performance conditions apply only to “Designated Employees,” with metrics set by the Board that span financial, operational, or other indicators. A claw-back framework allows the company to withhold or recover units in cases of misconduct, confidentiality breaches, reputational harm, or performance-linked restatements.
Following this grant, 209.67 million shares remain available for future awards under the overall Scheme Mandate Limit, while 21.68 million shares are still available under the Service Provider Sublimit.
Kuaishou stated that the awards are intended to align employee interests with shareholders and support long-term growth and profitability.
