Five Shandong Rural Commercial Banks Approved to Acquire Stakes in Binzhou Rural Commercial Bank, Each Holding 50 Million Shares

On November 27, the Shandong Financial Regulatory Bureau issued approvals permitting five rural commercial banks to acquire stakes in Binzhou Rural Commercial Bank. The approved institutions include Shandong Tancheng Rural Commercial Bank, Weifang Rural Commercial Bank, Heze Rural Commercial Bank, Shandong Linqu Rural Commercial Bank, and Shandong Jiyang Rural Commercial Bank.

Each of the five banks will hold 50 million shares, representing a 2.73% stake in Binzhou Rural Commercial Bank's total equity post-investment.
