NOW Inc. (DNOW) shares plummeted 11.98% during intraday trading on Friday, extending significant pre-market losses following the release of its fourth-quarter 2025 financial results.
The energy solutions provider reported adjusted earnings per share of $0.15, meeting analyst expectations but representing a 40% decrease from the $0.25 per share reported in the same period last year. Quarterly revenue of $959 million slightly missed the consensus estimate of $962.25 million.
Investor sentiment was further impacted by the company's disclosure of a net income loss of $147 million for the quarter and ongoing operational challenges related to its U.S. ERP system transition, which went live in the third quarter of 2025.
