Longfor Group Reports 7.46 Billion Yuan in Total Contract Sales for First Three Months

Longfor Group (00960) announced that for the three months ended March 31, 2026, the company achieved total contract sales of 7.46 billion yuan, with a contract sales area of 842,000 square meters. In March alone, contract sales amounted to 3.01 billion yuan, covering an area of 315,000 square meters. The contract sales attributable to the company's equity holders reached 2.02 billion yuan for the month, with an attributable sales area of 226,000 square meters. During the three-month period, the group generated approximately 6.62 billion yuan in revenue from its operations and services businesses (including tax amounts of about 7.06 billion yuan). This included roughly 3.63 billion yuan from operations (including tax amounts of about 3.89 billion yuan) and approximately 2.99 billion yuan from services (including tax amounts of about 3.17 billion yuan).
