Central China Management Company Limited (“Central China Mgmt”, stock code: 09982) disclosed that its substantial shareholder, Joy Bright Investments Limited—wholly owned by Chairman and non-executive Director Mr. Wu Po Sum—has signed two share purchase agreements dated 22 June 2026 to dispose of a significant portion of its stake.

Key transaction details • Agreement 1 (Wang SP Agreement): Joy Bright will sell 414.07 million shares to Mr. Wang Rui for HK$33.13 million. • Agreement 2 (Liu SP Agreement): Joy Bright will sell 189.42 million shares to Mr. Liu Genyu for HK$15.15 million.
