Lemo Services (Stock Code 2539) Finalizes Global Offering at HK$40.00 per Share

Lemo Services Co., Ltd (樂摩科技服務股份有限公司) concluded its Global Offering with a final offer price of HK$40.00 per H Share. The company issued 5,555,600 H Shares in total, comprising 555,600 Hong Kong Offer Shares and 5,000,000 International Offer Shares. Upon completion, the net proceeds will be approximately HK$182.16 million, with dealings on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange expected to commence on 3 December 2025 in board lots of 100 H Shares.

The Hong Kong Public Offering received 173,139 valid applications and was oversubscribed by 7,324.29 times. A total of 5,556 successful applications were allocated 555,600 H Shares. The International Offer drew 131 placees and achieved a subscription level of 6.78 times for its 5,000,000 H Shares. Upon listing, the company’s total issued share capital will be 55,555,600 Shares, with 30.4% of the enlarged capital held by the public following planned full circulation arrangements.

In compliance with lock-up requirements, certain major shareholders and pre-IPO investors will be subject to 12-month restrictions on their share disposals. The top 25 placees in the International Offer collectively received approximately 98.44% of the allocated Shares in that tranche. According to the announcement, free float conditions are met under the prescribed rules, ensuring that more than 25% of the H Shares will be held by the public at an offering price of HK$40.00 per H Share.
