Haier Smart Home repurchases 1.50 million A-shares, lifting treasury stock to 98.82 million

Haier Smart Home Co., Ltd. (Haier Smart Home) repurchased 1.50 million A-shares on 10 April 2026 via the Shanghai Stock Exchange for its share incentive schemes. The shares were bought at prices ranging from RMB 20.90 to RMB 20.97, with a volume-weighted average price of RMB 20.93 and a total outlay of RMB 31.40 million.

Following the transaction, the company’s outstanding shares (excluding treasury stock) decreased to 6.15 billion, representing a reduction of 0.024 percent. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 6.25 billion, while treasury shares rose from 97.32 million to 98.82 million.

The board confirmed that the repurchase was duly authorised and complied with relevant regulations of both the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
