JIUMAOJIU (09922) reported that in the third quarter of 2025, Tai Er (only self-operated), Song Hot Pot, and JIUMAOJIU (only self-operated) had table turnover rates of 3.3, 2.4, and 2.5, respectively, with same-store daily sales decreasing year-on-year by 9.3%, 19.1%, and 14.8%. In Q3 2025, the year-on-year decline in same-store daily sales for Tai Er and JIUMAOJIU continued to narrow, reflecting the effectiveness of the group’s operational adjustments and brand upgrades. Notably, Tai Er's same-store daily sales have shown improvement for three consecutive quarters, with positive year-on-year growth achieved in cities such as Beijing and Shanghai during the third quarter, demonstrating the positive momentum from the rollout of the "5.0 Fresh Model" restaurants and optimized store layout. As of the date of this announcement, the number of "5.0 Fresh Model" restaurants established by Tai Er in mainland China has reached 106, focusing on the three key offerings of "live fish, fresh chicken, and fresh beef," further solidifying the group’s strategic positioning of "fresh ingredients." Since the introduction of the new model restaurants, the response has been favorable, prompting the group to accelerate promotion in the fourth quarter, expecting to exceed 200 new model restaurants by the end of 2025. Furthermore, the average customer spending for major brands has remained relatively stable over several consecutive quarters, indicating that the group's strategic focus has shifted from short-term promotions to enhancing product strength and customer experience, with ongoing results becoming evident.
