Kidztech posts RMB82.72 million 2025 loss; auditor flags going-concern risk

Bulletin Express04-02

Hong Kong – Kidztech Holdings Limited reported a net loss of RMB82.72 million for the year ended 31 December 2025, according to a supplemental disclosure to its 2025 results announcement released on 2 April 2026.

The independent auditor issued an unmodified opinion, confirming that the consolidated financial statements present a true and fair view and comply with HKFRS Accounting Standards and Hong Kong Companies Ordinance requirements.

Despite the clean opinion, the auditor highlighted a “Material Uncertainty Related to Going Concern.” As at 31 December 2025, Kidztech held cash and bank balances of just RMB7.52 million against current bank and other borrowings of RMB133.26 million. The auditor noted that these conditions cast significant doubt on the Group’s ability to continue operating as a going concern.

The announcement was authorised by the Board, led by Chairman and CEO Yu Huang.
