ASMPT Limited announced that its Board of Directors will convene on 28 July 2026 to consider and approve the interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026. The Board will also deliberate on the declaration of an interim dividend for shareholders.
The company confirmed that the resulting interim results announcement will be released on the morning of 29 July 2026.
The current Board comprises Chairman John Lok Kam Chong, Independent Non-Executive Directors Andrew Chong Yang Hsueh, Hera Siu Kitwan and Wendy Koh Meng Meng, and Non-Executive Directors Dr. Hichem M’Saad and Paulus Antonius Henricus Verhagen.
