Leadership Transition at SYNAGISTICS: Dai Kexin Appointed Board Chairperson

SYNAGISTICS (HKEX: 02562) has announced a series of leadership and board committee changes effective from July 6, 2026.

Mr. Li Xuping has stepped down from his roles as an Executive Director and Chairman of the Board.

Following Mr. Li's departure, Executive Director Ms. Dai Kexin has been appointed as the Chairperson of the Board, effective from the same date.

Mr. Hu Zhihao has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer and an Executive Director, also effective July 6, 2026.

Concurrently, Ms. Dai Kexin resigned from her position as CEO due to role separation but will continue to serve as an Executive Director and Board Chairperson.

Effective July 6, 2026, the following committee appointments have been made: Mr. Li Xuping has ceased to be the Chairman of the Nomination Committee; Ms. Dai Kexin has stepped down as a member of the Nomination Committee, assuming the role of its Chairman and joining the Remuneration Committee; Mr. Hu Zhihao has been appointed as a member of both the Nomination Committee and the Remuneration Committee.

In a separate move, the Board has resolved to grant 450,000 restricted share units to Mr. Hu Zhihao under the company's share award scheme.
