Zhejiang Jintrust Takes Over Two Companies Under Dalian Wanda Commercial Management

On November 24, corporate records from Tianyancha revealed that Dalian Wanzhuan Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. underwent a business change on November 21. The original shareholder, Dalian Wanda Commercial Management Group Co., Ltd., exited, while Suzhou Lianshang Qihao Commercial Management Co., Ltd. became the new sole shareholder. Concurrently, changes were made to the legal representative and key personnel.

Additionally, Suzhou Lianshang Qihao Commercial Management Co., Ltd. also acquired Dalian Tongnan Enterprise Management Co., Ltd., another subsidiary of Dalian Wanda Commercial Management Group Co., Ltd.

Records indicate that Suzhou Lianshang Qihao Commercial Management Co., Ltd. was registered on April 3, 2025, with a registered capital of RMB 10 million. Its legal representative is Mou Zhou, and its business scope includes commercial complex management services, enterprise management consulting, economic trade consulting, and advisory planning services.

Equity analysis shows that the ultimate controlling entity of Suzhou Lianshang Qihao Commercial Management Co., Ltd. is Zhejiang Jintrust Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhejiang Jintrust"). The shareholders of Zhejiang Jintrust are Zhejiang Orient Financial Holdings Group Co.,Ltd. (600120.SH), China International Capital Corporation Limited (601995.SH), and Transfar Group, holding 87.0139%, 10.3299%, and 2.562% stakes, respectively.

According to Zhejiang Jintrust's official website, Zhejiang Orient Financial Holdings Group Co.,Ltd. is Zhejiang Province's first state-owned financial holding listed company (600120.SH). It operates financial institutions such as trusts, futures, and insurance, while also engaging in financial businesses like financial leasing, private fund management, and wealth management.

Its ultimate controlling shareholder is Zhejiang International Trade Group Co., Ltd., a state-owned enterprise in Zhejiang Province primarily involved in commerce and trade circulation, financial services, and life health industries. It holds 279 subsidiaries and controls four listed companies: Zhejiang Orient, Zhejiang Int'L Group Co.,Ltd. (000411.SZ), Zhejiang Conba Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd. (600572.SH), and Yilida (00268.SZ).

China International Capital Corporation Limited (601995.SH) is China's first Sino-foreign joint venture investment bank. Transfar Group is a modern private enterprise group actively expanding into intelligent manufacturing, smart logistics, and industrial-financial services.
