On July 21st, the iconic Las Vegas resort Caesars Palace announced a special initiative to celebrate its 60th anniversary since opening in 1966. The celebration will feature limited-time themed menus and commemorative cocktails at several of its renowned restaurants, with the offerings available until December 31st, 2026.
Since its grand opening on August 5th, 1966, Caesars Palace has been a landmark on the Strip, famous for its grand Roman-inspired architecture and luxurious service. The anniversary menus are designed to pay homage to the hotel's classic dishes and culinary traditions from its early years. Sean McBurney, Chief Commercial Officer of Caesars Entertainment, stated that dining has played a vital role in the resort's evolution over the past six decades, and these limited-time dishes are a tribute to that culinary legacy.
Participating restaurants include Gordon Ramsay's HELL'S KITCHEN, Bobby Flay's Amalfi and Brasserie B, Nobu, Peter Luger Steak House, Guy Savoy, and the Bacchanal Buffet. Each venue will feature special dishes inspired by the 1960s. For example, Peter Luger Steak House is pricing its signature steak at $66.26, referencing the years 1966 and 2026. HELL'S KITCHEN is offering a three-course "Senate Supper" menu, while Nobu has introduced a teppanyaki-themed anniversary tasting menu priced at $266.
Additionally, the Bacchanal Buffet has added a special retro food station serving classic dishes like Duck à l'Orange and Oysters Rockefeller. Dominique Ansel Bakery is also offering a special edition Cronut® for $10.99. Two anniversary cocktails—the Strawberry Wallbanger and the 60th Anniversary Old Fashioned—are each priced at $19.66.
While celebrating its history, Caesars Palace continues to advance its renovation plans. These include the recently unveiled Colosseum Tower Presidential Villas and Octavius Tower Sky Villas, as well as comprehensive refurbishments planned over the next two years for the Augustus, Julius, and Palace Towers.
