On September 5, Qilu Bank Co.,Ltd. announced that the company's board of directors and supervisory board respectively received resignation letters from Wang Qingbin and Dong Yanling on September 4, 2025. Wang Qingbin applied to resign from his positions as independent director of the company's ninth board of directors, as well as chairman and member of related board committees due to personal reasons. Dong Yanling applied to resign from his positions as external supervisor of the ninth supervisory board, as well as chairman and member of related supervisory committees due to work-related reasons.

On September 5, 2025, the company convened the 17th meeting of the ninth board of directors and approved the proposal regarding the nomination of independent director candidates for the ninth board of directors. The board agreed to nominate Dong Yanling as an independent director candidate for the ninth board of directors and agreed to submit this proposal to the shareholders' meeting for consideration. Dong Yanling will assume his duties after being elected by the shareholders' meeting and having his qualifications approved by regulatory authorities, with his term lasting until the expiration of the current board of directors.
