Issued and Treasury Shares • Total issued shares stood at 673.45 million, including 15.00 million treasury shares. • Issued shares excluding treasury holdings remained unchanged at 658.45 million, indicating zero movement in share issuance, repurchase, or cancellation activities during August.

Capital Instruments • The filing shows no outstanding share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked agreements that could dilute existing shareholders.

Public Float Compliance • Green Tea Group confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public float requirement of 25% of issued shares (excluding treasury shares).
