At the digital operation center of Suqian Aimao Aigou Technology Co., Ltd., an innovative model deeply integrating live streaming rooms with production lines, coupled with the efficient operation of a 20,000-square-meter smart cloud warehouse, serves as a vivid practice of deep digital-real integration in Suqian. Leveraging the development opportunity created by the landing of JD.com's national customer service center in 2009, Suyu District has cultivated the digital economy for over a decade, establishing a "Golden Phoenix" industrial ecosystem characterized by "one core, two wings, and X factors." This has attracted nearly 1,000 enterprises, including 38 renowned e-commerce companies like JD.com and Dangdang.
"The conference's specific deployment requirements, such as 'expanding the scale of digital intelligence' and 'prioritizing the digital economy as a key focus for developing new quality productive forces,' have clarified our direction of effort," said Xu Yuan, Secretary of the Suyu District Committee and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Suqian High-tech Zone. The district will accelerate the development of new quality productive forces, fully embrace the AI era, promote the transformation of old and new growth drivers, and foster more competitive industrial clusters. Specifically, Suyu District will focus on the embodied intelligent robotics industry. Relying on the JD.com Suqian High-tech Zone Robotics Industrial Park, it will promote the completion and operation of Paxini Perception Technology (Suqian) Co., Ltd. within the first quarter, aiming to cultivate and expand the robotics data collection industry cluster.
Efforts will accelerate to facilitate the挂牌落地 (listing and establishment) of the JD.com Global Robotics Operation Center, complete the overall planning for the robotics industry agglomeration zone, strive for a comprehensive industrial scale of 2 billion yuan, and vigorously compete to establish a provincial-level artificial intelligence innovation center. The district plans to enrich "AI+" application scenarios, actively explore development paths for "AI+low-altitude economy," and leverage the Global UAV Safety Flight Control Center to build a UAV test flight base, expanding into areas like food delivery logistics and emergency rescue to create a low-altitude economy service platform integrating operation, service, training, and manufacturing. It will explore integrated development models for "AI+unmanned vehicles," speed up the construction of "vehicle-road-cloud integration" infrastructure, and promote the completion and operation of the Smart Park Hub within the first quarter, enabling demonstration operations of intelligent connected vehicles across the urban area at all times. The district will actively expand diverse application scenarios such as "AI+urban services" and "AI+full-chain agriculture," striving to lead the city in the scale of the artificial intelligence industry.
The conference called for implementing a digital talent cultivation project, building an OPC entrepreneurship public service platform, accelerating the construction of Suqian's "computing power pool," issuing "computing power vouchers," and adding over 200 OPC enterprises. At the beginning of the new year, areas like Sucheng District and Suyu District have taken the lead, successively organizing special briefings and original project exchange exhibitions in the digital economy sector. On January 1st, the Sucheng District Data Bureau, jointly with Zhongwu Big Data Group and China United Network Communications Limited Suqian Branch, conducted a special briefing tailored to the needs of OPC young entrepreneurs. Centered on the goal of building a nationally famous "OPC Entrepreneurship City," Suqian has researched and formulated the "Implementation Plan for Accelerating the Construction of an OPC Entrepreneurship City in Suqian," setting clear development targets for 2026: building 10 OPC entrepreneurship spaces, 2 OPC training bases, hosting 10 OPC-specific events, attracting and cultivating 200 OPC entrepreneurial pioneers, and opening 100 lightweight intelligent tools, significantly enhancing individual entrepreneurs' innovation efficiency and core competitiveness. Departmental coordination will be strengthened by establishing mechanisms for the synergistic advancement and integrated development of scenarios and industries, as well as AI and OPC entrepreneurship, focusing on leveraging the resource advantages of communication operators and JD.com to continuously enhance service supply capacity. It is worth noting that the development tasks of "AI+industry," "AI+scenarios," and "AI+agriculture" deployed at the conference are also rapidly translating into vivid practices across various localities. In the Suqian Software and Service Outsourcing Industrial Park (Insurance Town) located in the Hubin New District, JD.com's unmanned delivery vehicles shuttle precisely for deliveries, supported by robust data annotation technology. The ViTAE large model and multi-modal AI annotation tools developed by JD Cloud Computing Co., Ltd. have increased the efficiency of generating product materials a thousandfold, highlighting Suqian's advantage in mining and utilizing data elements.

At the Suqian Lvgang Modern Agriculture Research Institute, technologies like the Internet of Things and big data inject "modern code" into agriculture, achieving intelligent upgrades through precision planting and visual management. "The cluster-harvest cherry tomato varieties we have selected and bred are now 'on par' with high-quality foreign varieties in terms of cultivation performance and yield," said Xu Guangli, the institute's director, with pride. He added that the institute will next strengthen the application of artificial intelligence in agricultural production and collaborate with research institutions to tackle key breeding technologies, contributing to high-quality agricultural development.
