The firm has lowered its revenue forecasts for the group by 7% for this year and next, and reduced operating profit projections by 21% and 16%, respectively, reflecting challenges in the gaming segment. CLSA has adjusted KINGSOFT's target price from HK$35.50 to HK$29.10, maintaining an "Outperform" rating.
