Modern Dental Group Publishes 2026 Interim Report and Encourages Shift to E-Communication

Bulletin Express09-17 17:05

On 18 September 2026, Modern Dental Group Limited announced that its 2026 Interim Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.moderndentalgp.com) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s website (www.hkexnews.hk). Shareholders who previously opted for printed materials will receive hard copies enclosed with the notification letter.

The Board, under Chairman and CEO Chan Ronald Yik Long, is urging shareholders to access corporate communications online to enhance efficiency and reduce paper usage. Registered shareholders preferring printed copies—or those experiencing difficulties with email notifications or website access—may submit the enclosed Change Request Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, via post or email (3600-ecom@vistra.com). A prepaid mailing label is provided for local postal returns.

The company emphasizes that shareholders bear responsibility for supplying a valid email address. Until a functional address is on file, notices of publication and any actionable corporate communications will only be dispatched in printed form. Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline at +852 2980 1333 during business hours.

The disclosure aligns with Listing Rules requirements and covers all future corporate communications, including annual and interim reports, circulars, and meeting notices.
