Bulletin Express05-06 22:22

Shanghai Electric Group Company Limited has issued a formal proxy notice for an H Share Class Meeting scheduled at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, 5 June 2026. The session will take place at the Reporting Hall, 2/F, Block A, No. 212 Qinjiang Road, Shanghai, immediately after the conclusion or adjournment of the 2025 Annual General Meeting and the A Share Class Meeting.

The agenda contains one special resolution: consideration and approval of amendments to the company’s Articles of Association and related appendices.

H-shareholders may appoint the chairman of the meeting—or another proxy of their choice—to vote on their behalf. Completed proxy forms, together with any required power of attorney, must reach the H-share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited (17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong) no later than 24 hours before the meeting. A proxy need not be a shareholder but must attend the meeting in person.

Voting instructions allow shareholders to mark “For,” “Against,” or “Abstain.” Abstentions will not count toward the voting result calculation. If no instruction is given, the appointed proxy may vote at discretion, including on any additional resolutions duly raised.

Attendees—shareholders or their proxies—must present valid identification. All times referenced are Hong Kong local time. The proxy form also outlines the handling of personal data in accordance with Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
