Ant Group CEO Han Xinyi stated at the Greater Bay Area Healthcare Innovation Conference that inclusivity has always been integral to Ant's DNA. From its early focus on mobile payments and inclusive finance to its current expansion into the core healthcare sector, this reflects the company's founding mission and purpose.

Han Xinyi revealed that Ant's A-Fu platform currently handles over 10 million daily health consultations, with more than 30 million monthly active users accessing its health services. He further disclosed that 55% of A-Fu's user base comes from tier 3, 4, and 5 cities, while elderly users constitute one-third of the total user population.

When discussing A-Fu's future commercial strategy, Han emphasized that Ant Group prioritizes user and industry feedback over mere numerical growth and scale. "From day one of launching A-Fu, we committed to keeping basic health consultation services completely free. Our future business model will continue to prioritize affordability and accessibility, ensuring these services remain both useful and financially accessible to ordinary people."
