Basic Semiconductor (09971) Sees Hong Kong Public Offering Oversubscribed by 4812.72 Times, Raises Approximately HK$766 Million Net from Global Offering

Basic Semiconductor (09971) has announced the allotment results for its initial public offering.

The company offered a total of 27,386,200 H shares globally, with 20% allocated to the Hong Kong public offering and 80% to the international offering. The final offer price was set at HK$31.62 per share.

Net proceeds from the global offering are expected to be approximately HK$766 million. Each board lot comprises 200 shares.

The company anticipates that its shares will commence trading on the Stock Exchange at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 8, 2026.

The Hong Kong public offering portion was significantly oversubscribed, receiving applications for approximately 4812.72 times the number of shares available. The international offering was oversubscribed by approximately 2.98 times.
