Jiumaojiu Secures HKEX Confirmation for Mainland-Based Joint Company Secretary, Continues Dual Arrangement

Bulletin Express06-08

Jiumaojiu International Holdings Limited (JIUMAOJIU) announced that Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited has confirmed the eligibility of Mr. Su Danman to serve as the company secretary under Listing Rule 3.28 when the current waiver expires on 8 June 2026. The confirmation eliminates the need for any further waiver from the Stock Exchange.

The original three-year waiver, granted on 9 June 2023, enabled Mr. Su to act as a joint company secretary despite not then fully meeting Rule 3.28 requirements. With the new confirmation, his qualification is now formally recognised beyond the waiver period.

To maintain strong corporate governance and operational efficiency, the Board will keep its joint company secretary structure: Mr. Su will continue to be based in mainland China, while Ms. Leung Kwan Wai, already qualified in Hong Kong, will remain stationed in Hong Kong.

The Board currently comprises: • Chairman and Executive Director: Mr. Guan Yihong • Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director: Mr. He Chengxiao • Executive Directors: Ms. Cui Longyu, Mr. Su Danman • Independent Non-Executive Directors: Ms. Tang Zhihui, Ms. Zhu Rui, Ms. Wang Xiaomei

The announcement was issued in Hong Kong on 8 June 2026.
