According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on May 15, Vice Chairman Li Guozhang increased his holdings in Bank of East Asia (00023) by 263,957 shares at a price of HK$14.12 per share, with a total transaction value of approximately HK$3.7271 million. Following this purchase, his total shareholding has reached about 39.5364 million shares, representing a 1.50% stake in the company.
